MACHINE SHOP |
| The machine shop is equipped with turning
/ lathes / and milling machines - universal and programmed / CNC / for heavy and light
details. There are also drilling machines - general - purposed and radial ones. We have at
our disposal automata, for processing of small details made of automatic steel. There are
some machines for processing of rod material with dimensions to 40 mm. There is also a
working centre / numerical control / in the shop. The processed details can be with
diameters from 300 to 400 mm and length to 2000, 2500 mm. On the vertical lathe can be
processed details with dimensions to 1000 mm and length 350 - 400 mm. The attainable accuracy is limited from 0.04 to 0.03 mm. For a higher accuracy as well as degree of smoothness, the details can be processed with grinding machines - for flat, external and internal grinng which are at a machine shop disposal. The machine shop has at its disposal also apparatus for surface hardening by a high - frequency current. If some special processings like full hardening, carburizing, electrolytic coatings, gear - cutting are necessary, they can be cooperated. The foundry has at its disposal annealling firnaces for the made castings. The cleaning of the castings is made in shot - blast cleaning machines. The castings can be primed at clients requirements. |
