| The company is founded in 1947 as a metal -
working cooperation. In 1961 the cooperation is nationalized and subordinated to the
Ministry of transport. The new - formed establishment is specialized in automobile repair,
casting of details from ferrous and non - ferrous metals as well as producing of spare
parst for automobiles, buses and trailers. The plant is situated ovar 50 - decare area in the industrial zone of the small and trim town of Ljaskovetsz near to the ancient capital Veliko Tarnovo. In 1997 the plant is privatized and becomes the Joint - stock without State shares. At the moment in the company there are 50 working persons, from which 4 are engineers. The production activity of "ARZ Pobeda" JSC is realized in its three workshops: Casting shop - Foundry Machine shop. Tool shop. In its own production, the plant is specialized in the producing of spare parts for goods tricks and trailert from the type of brake drums and discs, linkage devices, axles for trailers, manifold pipes, brake chambers, hubs, details of suspension of the drive axles and engines, water pumps, clutches, covers for gear - boxes and engines. There is a producing of details of the general engineering - castings with a mechanical working, shafts and axles from rolled iron, stampings. |
