CASTING SHOP
     In the Foundly, can be made castings of steel, cast-iron and aluminium.
     The steel castings are mainly of carbon steel. There is a producing of castings, alloyed with Mn and Ni. The maximum weight of the castings to 250 kg, as the minimum weight can be from 0,3 to 0,5 kg. The cast details can be high-complicated as well as with hearts of qreat dimensions. The metal melting is made in an electro-arc furnace. The moulding is done by hand.
     The cast-iron castings are made mostly of GG 20 and GG 30 according to DIN. Castings alloyed with Mn and Ni can be also produced in this shop. The metal melting is made in cupolas and electro-arc furnace.The maximum weight of the cast details, when the metal melting is made is cupola, is to 400 kg and when the metal melting is made in an electro-arc furnace the maximum weight is to 250 kg. The moulding of the details with a large-scale production is made on the conveyor aquipped specially for a machine moulding. The weights of the details that can be processed on the conveyor are from 5 to 100 kg. The details with a small - scale production as well as with a piece production are moulding by hand. The cast details can be high compicated as well as with hearts of great dimensions.
      The aluminium castings are made of aluminium alloys, alloyed with Si. The metal melting is made in a pot furnace. The weight of the details is from 50 to 80 kg. The casting can be made in sand moulds made by hand and in metal chill moulds. In case of a large - scale production, the moulding can be made on a conveyor.
      The foundry has at its disposal annealling firnaces for the made castings.
      The cleaning of the castings is made in shot - blast cleaning machines.
      The castings can be primed at clients requirements.
